Our Target Markets

Exceptions to our stated investment criteria can be made any time an extraordinary opportunity arises whose returns offset the risk of venturing beyond our core arena for investing.

Examples include investments in markets not currently served by the company, vacant properties, speculative land parcels, and mixed product-type portfolios.

Special situation investments will make up a small percentage of our total investments. However, we encourage owners, or their agents, to contact us when a bona fide, “out-of-the-box” opportunity arises.

Our broker registration policy is to recognize the first broker to present us with the opportunity, and who has the requisite relationships and knowledge to represent us in the transaction.
